Press the Proceed to activation button (above).
Launch the authenticator app on your mobile device. Find the scan a barcode function in the app and scan the barcode at the top of this page.
Enter the code given by your mobile app in the box above.
Printed two-factor authentication
Click here to reveal your paper based two-factor authentication codes. Print this page by selecting the print option from your browser's File menu.
Click the Proceed to activation button (above), enter the key from the top left corner of the code sheet and the first code.
After all 90 paper codes have been used up you will need to re-enable paper code based two-factor authentication from this page.
